Let Us Handle All Your Insurance Policy Requirements & Issues

Fountain - Funeral Home in Rialto, Hesperia, and San Bernadino, CA

If your loved one has a Life Insurance Policy, we will accept it.Many funeral homes no longer accept insurance policies like they used to. Being that we're family-owned and operated, we still will. Simply give us the policy number and name of the insurance company and will take of the rest.

We will submit the assignment for the amount that you approve. The insurance company will then write two checks. One to our funeral home, and one for the remaining balance directly to the beneficiary(s). You will have no out-of-pocket expenses at all.

We also accept pre-arranged funeral policies from other funeral homes. We do not charge any transfer fees. We also provide pre-arrangement services with small monthly payments for those who wish to freeze the costs for the future.

Kitchen/Reception Area

We have a full kitchen complete with a gas stove, oven, microwave oven, refrigerator and serving area.

Many families wish to bring refreshments for the evening viewing, visitation, or even the funeral service in our chapel. This area is yours to warm and cool your refreshments.

We have an outside reception patio with tables and seating where family and friends can fellowship and catch up with their favorite refreshments as the outdoor speakers play soft music and the peaceful sound of the water fountain is nearby. TOLL FREE 1-877-944-1944

Kid's Activity Room

We love children. We have devoted a special room entirely for your children. Often families bring their small children to the funeral arrangement conference or service. In our special Kid's Room, children can play while the adults do paperwork. In this safe and comfortable room, kid's can color, play with our toys, and watch their favorite DVD from our movie library.

The Kid's Room is also available during visitations and funeral services.

There is no charge for this amenity.

If you require your loved one to be escorted across the country, to Mexico or around the world, we are certified with all airlines as a "Known Shipper" in regulation with the Transportation Security Administration (TSA).

We "shop" all the available airlines that carry to your closest city of destination to make sure you pay the lowest possible airfare. We do not add any fees to the fare. What the airline charges is what you'll pay. Nothing more.

So, when escorting your loved one home to their final resting place, domestic, or international, we can do this very quickly and economically. We are well-versed in working with the Consulate in translating the various documents that are required for international shipping.

With many "local destinations" it may be more affordable to have us simply drive your loved one to their final resting place. We are well-versed with local border transfers through Tijuana, or Mexicali. In addition, we regularly drive throughout California, Nevada and Arizona. Whatever is most convenient and affordable for your family, just let us know.
